Sunday Drive to Cincinnati, Jungle Jim's and IKEA

MINICCI Cincinnati Sunday Drive
November 13th

Sunday Drive to Cincinnati area to visit Jungle Jim’s ( www.junglejims.com/ ) International Market and IKEA home furnishings store (www.ikea.com/us/en/ ). We will be taking an off the main route drive through south east Indiana from Indianapolis to the Cincinnati area for some fun motoring and sightseeing en route to our destination. While in the suburbs of Cincinnati we will visit Jungle Jim’s to browse, have some lunch and browses some more. We will then head a few miles away to visit IKEA for some more browsing of the Scandinavian house ware store and diner.

Tentative Schedule:

8:00 Depart from Exit 103 east of I 465 on I 74 (Drive back roads of Indiana to Cincinnati)
11:00-11:30 Arrive at Jungle Jim’s
12:00-1:00 Lunch at Jungle Jim’s
3:30 Depart for IKEA
3:45 Arrive at IKEA
5:30-6:30 Dinner at IKEA
8:00 Depart for Indianapolis (Drive direct route on Interstate 74 back to Indianapolis area.)
9:45 Arrive I74/I465

Is anyone bringing a U-Haul to cary all the stuff we buy back to Indy?

Who needs a U-Haul? I have a Countryman! Cram it in the boot!

My thoughts exactly. With our Countryman, who needs a trailer? I do have a hitch on it, just in case.

I have been able to put quite a bit of IKEA boxes in the back of the MINI on a couple of occasions. Will try it again.

Let's hope for no snow then. I have not had time to get my summer tires changed to the all seasons myself.

It is the London Exit, 9.4 miles east of I 465 on I 74.

Meet on the south side of the intersection on London Rd.

I was at Jungle Jim's yesterday! All I can say us Wow! I am looking forward to returning with a car instead of on a bus
!!! All I can say is 5 acres of groceries and kitchen supplies. Not to mention wines and beer!
