The squirrels have eaten my wiring harness. Insurance has said it's a total loss. I can buy it back from them for $1,500. It's a 2011 Cooper S with only 49,000 miles. Does anyone know of someone who could fix it here in Indiana? The Mini dealership said it would cost $13,000 to fix it - thus why it is a total loss. I am just sick. We all know that our Mini is more than just a car to us. I can't just leave her. Any help would be appreciated.

There are several shops around the Indy area that work on MINIs, but don't know about this type of work. I have had work done on my classic Mini at The Korner Garage, but you would need to check to see if they would take on something like this. I don't have experience at any of the other shops to give you a recommendation.
