I have a 2006 MCS and I'm interested in the cost of having a 15% pulley installed. I'm also thinking about shortening the throw on the shifter. Neither is on my budget radar, so I'm just looking for a SWAG to get an idea.
Actually, I just bought her. How would I know if someone has already swapped out the pulley?
Are there any alternatives to D and R Mini for scheduled maintenance?
Thanks in advance! Ken

I had a 2005 MINI that I installed a 15% pulley. It cost around $450 in 2010 to have it installed (parts and labor).

Yikes. Suddenly Lola is pretty happy with her stock pulley, lol.
Thank you

I have a DDM cold air intake that I had on my 2006 MCS. I will sell it for $100. I had a 15% pulley installed about 2010 and it cost about $400. I also had an aftermarket intercooler but I sold it. They all made a noticeable difference.

If you can see the end if the pulley and it has set screws in the face, it has been changed. If it is black and no screw it is stock. You may need a light and a mirror to see it.
