Dreyer & Reinbold invites you to take the taste test, or in our case the OLD versus NEW challenge at Newcastle Motor Sports Park. We will have the current generation cars going up against the ALL NEW MINI so that you can experience for yourselves how much better the new car is. How's that for us putting our money where our mouth is??
This is the ONLY type of event we could think of to possibly convey how much better the new car is at EVERYTHING. We will have a safe, closed course circuit for you to drive (within your own comfort level) the climax of which will be our, now famous, MINI slalom which ALWAYS separates the MINI from the wanna bes.
Not comfortable driving yourself? No worries - we have lots of experienced drivers who would be happy to take you for a fun, thrilling, yet safe lap or two which will show you how good the car feels from the passenger seat! For every driver we have we will donate 10 cans of food to our local Animal Shelter/Humane society - so there's a feel good "Motoring Hearts" factor to the event also.
Come and help us to celebrate the latest addition to the MINI family - please RSVP asap. We will need to turn in rsvps to D&R by Thursday, May 26, 2014.
Additionally, we will have board members available to introduce prospective members to the club.

I will be there. This will be my first event to attend with MINICCI. I will be getting my application and member fee in soon!

I agree I am planning on going as well but if we don't get some information soon I will just not be coming. Not sure on time or if there is anything that we need to make sure we do before hand or bring or anything??

I was looking forward to this one. Just finishing a few tweaks to my car for a fun day. Hopefully it will get rescheduled.
