Sunday July 12th D & R will once again be hosting a track day at New Castle Motorsports Park. The track is located at the New Castle exit on I70 behind the Flying J. The times for club members that have emailed their info will be from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. For everyone else the times will be from 11:00AM to 5:00PM.
There will be something different this time. John says that only real prospective customers are to drive dealership cars. Club members and people invited by the dealership will have to drive their own cars. Hopefully this will cut down on wear and tear on dealer cars and save them some tire money.
We will be limited to the first 50 club members registered for this event. To register for this event please email me with your first and last name and your membership number at events@minicci.org
The first 50 people to register will be all we can accept. I have to have the list to D & R as soon as possible, so even if we don't have all 50 slots filled we have to cut off the registration. As usual, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed on the track.
The club members will have some track time before the event, during lunch time and at the end of the day.
* Track day is scheduled for Sunday July 12th.
* The event time is 10:00AM to 5:00PM for registered club members.
* Track day will be held at New Castle Motorsports Park in New Castle, Indiana.
* Food is available on the premises.
Like in the past MINICCI members will start arriving prior to event start and you will need to check in with us, then check in with NCMP (signing their waivers) then to instructions at the driver's meeting and move your MINI into position and have fun!
Since time is short, we need to get a list of those attending as soon as possible. So please post here and email your name and membership number as soon as possible. I need to get a complete list in by the 8th of July. So please email me at events@minicci.org as soon as you can.
